This is the only place I will be renting from due to the excellent customer service(so friendly, down to earth, and respectful), prompt delivery, and how cost effective the specials are. I have rented a water slide(twice) and the slip n slide, they absolutely made my events epic! I think the adults loved playing on them more than the kids! Everything was of great quality, couldn't have asked for more!
Quick to set up and take down! Excellent rental experience and we will rent for future parties.

Awesome service! We got a bit of a scare because there was lots of wind on the day of the party but they took their time and EXTRA secured the bounce house. They absolutely went all out. The chairs and tables looked brand new, not a spec of rust. I also loved that the bounce equipment wasn’t overly loud so we were able to keep it on all night.
Booked a couple days before our party! The guys showed up and did an amazing job setting up, making sure I had no issues! Best rental prices in town! Over all great experience, will definitely use them for our next party!

Tony was super professional and easy to do business with. My event had to be moved to another day because of bad weather and he was not only understanding but also aware of it and went above and beyond to accommodate all changes needed. They are super friendly and trustworthy! Would definitely recommend!!!!!
Jump City is by far the best company we have ever rented with. Tony was very professional and so nice. The bounce house we rented was very clean and did not have any sort of smell. My son whom usually breaks out, due to his many allergies had no problems. I will definitely be renting from them again!!!

Tony is the best! Very flexible with scheduling for a last minute Army unit function and was so generous! Made for our family day to be truly unforgettable! Recommend his services for any event!

I would highly recommend Jump City to anyone looking for a bouncy house at a reasonable price with great customer service! They offer military discount (which most places don't), and Tony (the owner) is extremely friendly. They aren't like other companies that only allow you to have the bouncy house for a couple hours and then they come pick it up. They work with you and accommodate to your needs! Will definitely call again for my next party!! Thank you!!
